Senior Tax Associate (CPA) REMOTE 
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000  + Benefits

Overview
Our client is a growing national tax resolution organization seeking an experienced tax-focused CPA to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a self-sufficient, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a technology-driven environment and is looking to play a key role in building and scaling a tax division.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals (1040), trusts and estates (1041), partnerships (1065), S corporations (1120-S), and other applicable entities
• Deliver tax planning, advisory, and compliance services to a diverse client base
• Partner closely with Investment Advisors to provide integrated, tax-aware financial planning strategies
• Review prior-year tax filings to identify errors, missed deductions, credits, and refund opportunities
• Assist clients with tax notices, underpayment issues, filing deficiencies, and federal/state tax matters
• Identify proactive tax strategies and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with leadership and strategic partners to enhance service delivery and client outcomes

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing
• 5–10+ years of experience in tax preparation, public accounting, tax advisory, or wealth management
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing a wide range of tax returns, including individual and entity filings
• Proficiency with AI tools or automated tax software
• High level of technical aptitude and comfort with modern tax technology platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and maintain high accuracy standards
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues before they arise
