About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries via phone and in-person.

Coordinate with massage therapists and other staff to optimize patient flow.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry.

Stay informed about clinic services and promotions to effectively communicate with patients.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a medical or wellness clinic setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records (EHR) software.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of massage therapy practices is an advantage.
