Logistics Coordinator– Spring

Location: Spring, TX (Onsite) Salary: 70k, plus depending on experience Direct hire

Position Overview We are seeking a driven and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Spring, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in domestic freight brokerage who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. The right candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently without the need for micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities·

Coordinate and manage domestic shipments from origin to delivery·

Source and manage carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions·

Utilize freight brokerage experience to secure capacity and maintain strong carrier relationships·

Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers·

Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies·

Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and carrier performance·

Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines

Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in logistics, with a strong emphasis on domestic freight brokerage (required) Proven experience handling domestic shipments end-to-end Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency High level of organization and attention to detailExcellent communication and negotiation skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others

Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
