Corbett, Wingard,&Ray is a well established family-owned company seeking an experienced

Full Charge Bookkeeper

who will also play a key role in

our inside sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

10 years bookkeeping experience

, including strong proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Full-charge bookkeeping duties Accounts ReceivableAccounts Payable Preparing and making bank deposits Working closely with the CFO Answering phones and assisting customers Coordinating with factories regarding orders Supports the outside sales team Preparing detailed quotations from plans Qualifications Minimum 10 years of bookkeeping experienceStrong working knowledge of Quickbooks Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor Experience with quotations and plan takeoffs is a plusAdditional Information Approximately

50% of this role involves inside sales responsibilities
