Job Duties: Assist technicians with disassembly and assembly of equipment Clean heat exchanger plates, parts, and shop equipment Prep materials, tools, and workstations Move equipment and parts around the shop (forklift a plus) Perform basic tasks like grinding, wire brushing, and parts washingHelp load/unload trucks and organize inventory Experience: 6+ months of warehouse, shop, or labor experience Mechanical experience, interest or willingness to learn Comfortable working with tools and in an industrial environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift 50+ lbs and will be on your feet all day
