I've been a State Farm agent since 2011 and spent three years as a team member before opening my own agency, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and team development. Today, we're a team of six focused on growth, support, and delivering a great experience for our customers. I earned my marketing degree from McNeese State and have been married for 13 years. My wife and I have three boys who keep life busy and fun. I stay actively involved in my church and participate in many neighborhood and community events. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Dolan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications:

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
