Your Role

As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead apparatus-focused group classes using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. You'll empower clients of all levels with challenging, fitness-based routines delivered in a safe, motivating, and results-driven environment.

What We're Looking For:

Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent training)

Group class teaching experience

Strong group reformer instruction skills

Positive, energetic, and motivational presence

Contemporary understanding of classical exercises

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

Comfortable using or learning club management software (e.g., Club Ready)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Pilates group reformer classes

Lead private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-equipped studio environment

Support client engagement through check-ins and sales

Promote studio services, memberships, and retail offerings

Be a motivating and inspiring presence in every session
