Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute internal communication programs to inform employees about corporate goals and initiatives.
  • Create internal content like employee newsletters, announcements, and corporate emails.
  • Ensure employees are informed and engaged, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as a point of contact for local press and communities to maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute external communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Create content for external platforms, such as online messages and presentations.
  • Assist with website content development and maintenance.
  • Produce various written communications, including press releases, talking points, and presentations.
  • Manage the creation and execution of marketing communications projects.
  • Support the company's brand strategy and advertising efforts.
  • Manage graphic design projects that support brand strategy.

Skills:
  • At least 5-7 years of Communications experience
  • Self-starter and ability to produce at a high level
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills

Education/Experience:
  • BA or MA in Communications, Journalism or English
