Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Municipal, Commercial, and Residential customers with EV energy journeys
- Educate on EV options, incentives, and requirements
- Assist with Beneficial Electrification rebate process
- Help with electric service upgrades for EV infrastructure
- Coordinate with internal/external teams for service upgrades, meter exchanges, etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries on costs, application status, energy usage, billing
- Provide proactive services, documentation updates, and rate program optimization
- Customer Service
- Persistence and curiosity
- Electric Vehicle (EV) knowledge
- Solar/Net Metering/Interconnection experience
- Customer service or call center experience
- EV/Solar/Net Metering/Interconnection knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High School.
