Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to seniors in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal care, particularly with seniors and individuals with dementia. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those under your care through empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Duties

Provide personal, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility assistance.

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assist clients with dementia or memory-related challenges through specialized care techniques.

Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to appropriate personnel.

Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

Experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care or direct support is preferred.

Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Compassionate attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare are a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
