Brattleboro Family Medicine is seeking a full-time Staff MD Family Practice to join our outpatient clinic team in Brattleboro, VT, offering competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative work environment starting Fall 2025.
Job Description:
Provide outpatient care in family medicine or internal medicine to adult and pediatric patients
Manage average daily patient load of 14 in a clinic setting
Complete administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
Participate in on-call phone rotation (1:11) to support patient care after hours
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient environment
Maintain certifications and licensure as required for clinical practice
Contribute to succession planning efforts for the practice s long-term stability
Must be able to start by Fall 2025
Not open to candidates who commute more than 1 hour
Not open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another position
