Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 2 Years

Required Education: ADN in Nursing

Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, Fetal Monitoring.

Preferred Certifications: STABLE

EMR: Cerner

Scrubs: Any Scrub Color, Hospital Scrubs Available.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements:

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.

Fetal Monitoring.
