Qualifications:

Education: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited program.

Licensure: Active Massachusetts RN license.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, medication administration, and care plan implementation.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.

Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress accurately.

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort.

Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with facility protocols and state/federal regulations.

Provide clear, timely documentation in EHR systems.
