Kindergarten Teacher John Ashley Kindergarten Classroom Duties: Provide explicit instruction in school readiness, emotional regulation, social skills, and academic skills. Provide individualized instruction, social-emotional learning, and play-based learning using an integrated instructional approach. Direct and guide paraprofessionals in supporting students. Continuously supervise and monitor students to maintain a safe, nurturing, and supportive learning environment where students can thrive. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Principal. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Massachusetts DESE Early Childhood Teacher License (PreK-2), with or without disabilities required. SEI Endorsement required. Salary: Per Unit A Contract Salary Range: $53,939 - $101,108 Work Year: 184 days
