is seeking a dependable and organized

Administrative Assistant

for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys providing day-to-day administrative support to help keep operations running smoothly. Based on general knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadershipAnswer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents Perform data entry, filing, and recordkeeping tasks Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office communicationsOrder office supplies and help maintain an organized workspace Assist with additional administrative projects and support duties as needed

Previous administrative assistant, office support, or related experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiesProfessional demeanor and strong customer service skills
