Overview We are hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a growing, well-established organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-volume AP function, develop a strong team, and play a key role in process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor the

accounts payable team

in a high-volume environment

Ensure accurate and timely processing of

invoices, payments, and vendor management

Identify and implement

process improvements and efficiencies

Support

ERP upgrades and technology initiatives

with leadership exposure

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies

Partner with accounting and finance leadership on reporting and operational needs

What They’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience supervising

AP in a high-volume environment

Strong understanding of

accounts payable and accounting principles

Track record of

process improvement and operational efficiency

Leadership mindset with ability to

develop and support a team

Strong communication and organizational skills
