This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk roleyou'll be in the field building relationships, solving real problems, and driving revenue. What Makes You a Fit

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory Strong communication and relationship-building skills Quick thinker with the ability to adapt in the field Driven by performance, growth, and earning potential Requirements

Valid driver's license Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing (training and support provided) Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening What You'll Earn

$1,000/week guaranteed during your first 90 days as you ramp up and complete training After training: $700$800/week base pay plus uncapped commission On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000$110,000+ Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and sales results Paid training and ongoing supportCompany vehicle provided Real opportunity for long-term career growth Where You'll Work
