A Day in the Life:Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred. Experience with production equipment is a plus.Familiarity with quality testing. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions. Knowledge of simple measuring devices. Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Physical Requirements / Work Environment: This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.What We Offer
