uncapped commission

and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced airport location. What We Offer Starting Pay:

$18.00/hr during 90-day training, then $16.00/hr. (Yearly Salary Range - $33,000.00 - $70,000.00) Pay differential for any hours worked

interpersonal skills

to welcome customers and build rapport. Promote

add-ons, upgrades, and protection products

to maximize value and revenue. Quickly assess customer needs and tailor solutions that enhance their rental experience. Manage check-ins, returns, exchanges, and conflict resolution with professionalism. Maintain a high level of

productivity and accountability

in a fast-moving environment. Thrive on

hitting targets , closing sales, and exceeding customer expectations. We love competition around here and often have sales contests! We're Looking for Candidates Who: Have

1+ years of experience

in

retail sales ,

commission-based roles ,

call centers ,

hospitality , or

customer support (Preferred) Are motivated by

results ,

bonuses , and

performance-based pay. Are proactive problem-solvers who love working with people. Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy. Are

reliable, organized , and committed to providing
