Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person role for the 2026-2027 school year. Springfield , MO area Role Focus:

Coach and support school staff Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams Set and support academic and behavioral goals Create teacher-friendly data collection systemsShare weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

Must hold a valid

BCBA MoPro license in Missouri School-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs Benefits&Perks
