Licensed Civil
Engineer
to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Support and lead engineering projects from planning and design through construction Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design plans, and specifications Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordinationConduct field investigations and site visits as needed Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and contractor inquiries during construction Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringEIT certification required PE license preferred, or actively pursuing PE licensure 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally in water and wastewater design and construction Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or other relevant design software Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred Experience: Municipal or utility client experience Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory agencies (e.g., EPA, DNR) Hydraulic modeling software (e.g., WaterCAD, SewerCAD) Benefits: Competitive salary and performance bonuses 100% company paid Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-Term Disability insurance for employees, plus company deductible assistance401(k) with 4% company match Generous PTO plan and 7 major holidays Professional development and licensing support
