The Camdenton R-III School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Assistant Track Coach to lead and develop student-athletes both on and off the field. We are looking for a coach who values teamwork, sportsmanship, and the overall development of young athletes. Responsibilities:Plan and oversee all aspects of the middle school track program, including practices, conditioning, and meet preparation. Teach fundamental skills, strategy, and teamwork in a positive and encouraging environment. Develop and implement a program that emphasizes player growth, discipline, and sportsmanship.Supervise student-athletes and ensure their safety during practices, meets, and travel. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration. Coordinate with the athletic department regarding scheduling, transportation, and facility use. Uphold the values and expectations of the Camdenton R-III School District and adhere to MSHSAA regulations.Teaching position contingent on availability and appropriate DESE certification. Qualifications: Coaching experience at the middle school, or high school preferred. Knowledge of track fundamentals, rules, and strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.Must meet all district and MSHSAA coaching requirements. How to Apply:
