POSITION SUMMARY:

The Camdenton R-3 School District is looking for an individual who desires to contribute to the overall success of our district. This position acts as a pivotal support role, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and daily functioning of the school district's Student Services department.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required but college degree preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Pass all background checks and screenings. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in school finance, accounting, or administrative roles Familiarity and competency using Google Workspace, Infinite Campus, Frontline Education and/or SISFin software preferred. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Director, Student Services

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with balancing budgets for all programs and departments under Student Services and review financial information with the Director of Student Services. Create purchase orders and requisitions for Student Services programs and departments. Coordinate ordering, tracking, and monitoring of purchases and supplies for programs under Student Services.Maintain a regular and organized filing system for departmental records and documents. Process incoming correspondence and distribute information appropriately. Maintain schedules, appointments, and interviews for the Director of Student Services. Coordinate and make arrangements for conferences, meetings, and interviews.Maintain a complete and systematic set of records for all financial transactions within the Student Services Department. Prepare service provider contracts and work agreements for the Student Services Department. Prepare and submit quarterly SDAC reports, personnel rosters, and other reports throughout the year--Therapy Log/FairbanksSubmit monthly payroll reports for Special Services Personnel. (paysheets, Time&Attendance, comp time sheets, and mileage/reimbursement forms) Maintain personnel records in SpedTrack, including updating staff information and uploading required documentation. Maintain and update student information in Infinite Campus for MAP A students and igh Needs students for state reporting.Works with the Student/Data Information Specialist on Core Data for DESE MOSIS reporting: updating staff assignments and positions in Infinite Campus Completes necessary data processing for State and Federal Reports. Compiles and maintains documentation for the SPED FER Application, High Needs Fund, SPED Part B FER, and ECSE FER.Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Director of Student Services and departmental staff as needed. EVALUATION:

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's Policy on Evaluation of Support Staff.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

253 days; 8.0 hrs / day. Does not include a 30 minute lunch. Pay Range: Starting at $17.12 (plus credit for up to 7 years of relevant experience) Benefits include Board paid health insurance, paid sick leave, retirement and other.
