As a Fabricator on our production team, you will configure and operate CNC press brake equipment to shape materials used in the construction of aluminum boats. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.Responsibilities Operate CNC Press Brake to bend and form parts according to specifications. Set up, operate, and tend press brake machinery for aluminum fabrication. Monitor machine operations, start machines, observe performance, and record operational data. Install and configure required tooling.Conduct quality inspections to examine completed workpieces for defects and accuracy. Participate in routine equipment care at the operator level. Essential Skills

Self-starter with strong teamwork and safety awareness. Ability to stand, bend, and twist for a 10-hour shift. Additional Skills&Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience. Proficiency in blueprint reading and using a tape measure. Experience with press brake, punch press, and general fabrication.

Work Environment Work may occur in non-air-conditioned areas and regularly requires working at heights on platforms. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with daily exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and odors. Required personal protective equipment includes hearing protection, eye protection, safety-toe shoes, and safety gloves.Job Type&Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, MO.
