Private-equity-backed company in Fairfield County seeks a hands-on VP of Finance /
Controller to lead accounting, reporting, controls and finance operations during a high-
growth phase.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers significant exposure to
leadership, investors, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Managing audits, tax coordination, and treasury activities
• Building scalable accounting and finance operations processes and systems
• Supporting M&A integration and strategic growth initiatives
Ideal candidates will bring a CPA, public accounting foundation, and experience in a
growth-oriented or PE-backed company.
Hybrid schedule.
