$80,000-$95,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
Assist the CFO in preparing monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
Close out all monthly accounting periods, including Bank Recs, Sales Tax Returns and all recurring Journal Entries.
Prepare and analyze the Work-in-Progress (WIP) report to determine actual project profitability vs. budget.
Analyze budget-to-actual costs, ensuring accurate job costing for materials, labor, and equipment.
Work with the Payroll Manager to produce accurate payroll reports.
Desired Qualifications:
2-5+ years of construction accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
Strong Excel skills.
