We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and passionate about helping customers through the vehicle-buying process from initial greeting through delivery and follow-up. Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Kia vehicles and financing options Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and textMaintain knowledge of current Kia models, features, incentives, and dealership promotions Work collaboratively with finance and service departments to ensure an excellent customer experience Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standardsQualifications
Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work evenings and weekends Basic computer and CRM skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual candidates are encouraged to applyWhat We Offer
