We are seeking an experienced

Accounting Supervisor

to join a Finance team ASAP. This role will be responsible for overseeing junior-level accounting staff. Key Responsibilities

Review and oversee junior accounting staff across general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close

Ensure accuracy and timely resolution of GL error reports, accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets

Supervise accounts payable processing, payroll activities, and non‑payroll tax withholding

Support sales and use tax compliance and related filings

Assist with banking and cash‑related activities, including foreign check collection

Provide guidance, quality control, and hands‑on support to ensure continuity and accuracy within the Finance department

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar discipline

5+ years of general accounting experience

Prior experience in a

supervisory or senior accounting role

Strong working knowledge of general ledger accounting, month‑end close, and reconciliations

Experience reviewing the work of junior or staff‑level accounting professionals

Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable stepping into a fast‑paced environment

Ability to work
