Position Summary: The Banquet Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations related to private events, weddings, and large-scale functions. This role requires a highly organized and creative culinary professional who can execute high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and execute menus for banquets, weddings, and special events of varying sizes Lead and manage the banquet kitchen team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation Coordinate closely with event, sales, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless execution of eventsOversee food production timelines to ensure timely service for large-scale functions Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to meet budget targets Develop and update banquet menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current trendsEnsure proper kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance Troubleshoot and adapt quickly during live events to maintain service excellence Qualifications:

4-6 years of culinary experience, with significant banquet or high-volume event experience Proven leadership experience in a kitchen environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to execute large-scale events with precision and consistency Knowledge of food safety standards and local health regulationsCulinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Key Competencies:
