Starting Guaranteed Salary of $40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience, plus annual bonus

Requirements

5+ years of property management or related experience, single family background a plus

Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication skills

High school degree or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus
