Maintenance Tech, Sugar Land

Pay / Schedule: $36/hr (DOE). Monday to Friday, 1st (7:30 am - 4:00pm) / 2nd (3:30pm - midnight) or 3rd(11:30pm - 8:00AM); 2nd and 3rd + $2. At 50 hours per week, and for example at 36/hr and in first shift, earn weekly paychecks of $1,980 gross.

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment in a high-performance, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems, with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and safety.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or robotic systems.

PLC & Robotics Proficiency – Required experience with Allen-Bradley RSLogix PLC programming; preferred experience with Fanuc Robotics and RMCTools – Delta Controllers.

Skilled in reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and performing machine installations, repairs, and adjustments.

Must pass forklift and crane training
