Job Description Job Description The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.
This role involves routine cleaning tasks, waste disposal, and upkeep of cleaning equipment to support facility operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
Disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions
Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations
Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
