Operations Manager, Sugar Land, TX

Seeking a high-intelligence, data-driven General Manager of Operations to lead a high-volume fulfillment and garment decoration facility. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the "nerve center" of the operation, overseeing a multi-departmental team of 20–60+ employees across warehouse fulfillment, embellishment (embroidery, heat seal, hemming), purchasing, and customer service. We are looking for a systems-thinker who is deeply proficient in Excel, Tableau, and PivotTables to manage the plant through precise KPIs—including order accuracy and days-to-ship—while ensuring flawless execution of managed programs for large-scale industrial enterprise clients. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position offering a competitive salary of up to $85,000 per year, with a clear growth path into managing inside sales frameworks for a leader who excels at driving accountability and systemic process improvements.
