We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Packaging Supervisor to lead packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising production personnel, coordinating daily packaging activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are achieved efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing production demands.Manufacturing Packaging Supervisor Job Duties: Supervise and coordinate daily packaging operations and production personnel Establish and adjust work assignments to meet production schedules and deadlines Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity Recommend and implement process improvements to support operational goalsCoordinate activities with other departments and supervisors to maintain production flow Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed throughout the department Analyze production issues and assist team members with problem resolution Monitor product quality and ensure packaging standards are consistently metTrain, coach, and develop employees to maximize performance and engagement Maintain accurate production records and reports as required Manufacturing Packaging Supervisor Requirements: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience leading production, packaging, or processing teamsStrong leadership and team-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience with production scheduling and workflow coordination Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demandsCommitted to workplace safety and quality standards No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Pay: $25.00+/hour DOE Schedule: Wednesday
