Shift/Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM Pay Rate:

$17.75/hr Location:

Job Summary PrideStaff is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our client for a 6+ month position in Southern Brazoria County. This position is primarily responsible for building small concrete formations and pathways for underground electrical lines and conduit installations. If you are looking for a stable, labor-intensive role with opportunities to learn a trade and grow within a leading electrical contracting company, we want to hear from you.

Essential Duties&Responsibilities Form and build small concrete pads to house electrical canisters and lighting Clear work areas of debris, rocks, roots, and obstructions before and after digging. Assist with placing, laying, and pulling electrical conduit or lines in excavated trenches. Backfill trenches and compact soil using shovels or small mechanical compactors following code and safety specifications.Load, unload, and organize construction materials, hand tools, and safety equipment at the job site.

Qualifications&Requirements Experience:

Previous experience in manual labor, construction, landscaping, or trenching is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic. Physical Demands:

Must be physically capable of performing heavy, repetitive manual labor (digging, lifting, bending, kneeling) in outdoor environments for extended periods. Environment:

Ability to work outside in varying Texas weather conditions (heat, dust, cold, rain). Tools:

Ability to safely use and maintain standard construction hand tools. Reliability:

Strong attendance record and dependable transportation to the office or designated job sites. Requirements:
