The

Production Helper

supports daily shop operations by assisting skilled trades professionals and ensuring materials, equipment, and workspaces are properly prepared and maintained. This role plays a critical part in preparing assemblies and components for welding, finishing, and shipment.

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday - 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist welders, fitters, machine operators, painters, sandblasters, and mechanics as directed Handle materials and perform general shop support duties Clean and prep welds and base metals Perform abrasive cleaning, sweeping, and washing of equipment and work areas Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceEnsure tools, machines, and supplies are properly maintained and stored Use and maintain required safety equipment at all times Report equipment issues promptly and stop work if safety risks are present Qualifications:

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to learn Physical Requirements:

Regular physical activity, including lifting, standing, and moving materials Exposure to industrial shop conditions (noise, dust, machinery) Must adhere to all safety and protective equipment requirements Why Join Adecco?

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
