Job Title: Design Producer (Design Project Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA (3-days hybrid onsite))
Duration: 12 Months
Type: Full-Time, Contract
DESCRIPTION:
The Health Special Projects team is looking for a Producer to support the delivery of innovative design work as part of a cross-functional team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal creative and development teams as well as subject matter experts to guide projects from idea to delivery. Success in this role is found through a strong attention to detail, willingness to work within a constantly changing environment and effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Duties:
Support a senior producer and leadership on larger programs of work.
Lead small to medium projects with minimal supervision.
Schedule design and deliverables for development, tracking project progress and communicate status. Own and update project scope and development plans for your assigned areas.
Lead internal partners and third-party agencies through the delivery process, highlighting status, risks, and issues, especially as regards their impact to the overall project.
Coordinate and lead reviews, gather input to help the design team move their work forward.
Manage all project communications and documentation in a meticulous and timely way.
Build effective working relationships with core project team and peers on cross-functional teams.
Identify risks and dependencies in cross-functional plans, and works with senior producer to mitigate risks and handle partner expectations.
Work with internal and external stakeholders, design and development teams to ensure
successful delivery of projects within required time and scope.
Keep a positive attitude and contribute to team morale during complex and challenging
projects.
Key Qualifications
At least five years of experience in digital project management, with a track record of
leadership at a project delivery level. Interactive agency experience is helpful.
Experience supporting creative projects from origination through creative development and delivery.
Deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting key achievements and meeting deadlines.
Be comfortable with ambiguity and change and are able to focus on the smallest detail as well as understand broader strategic plans. Thrive working in a creative and dynamic
environment.
Highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners, and you can communicate effectively one on one and in large groups.
Have a passion for organization, its products, and its customers.
Education: Bachelors Degree required.
