At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks. At least 5 years of experience with Contact center domain on Genesys platform At least 7 years' experience in Genesys framework, eservices, Genesys routing strategies and composerAt least 6 years' experience in ORS, GVP At least 5 years of experience in project execution Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point preferred. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Troubleshooting, Analytical and Client Interfacing skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 11 years of experience in IT Additional Information
