Sales Associate, Sunrise

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented sales professional that we can train to be our Dental Treatment Coordinator. Join an esteemed dental practice and in this dental treatment coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Your key responsibilities for the dental treatment coordinator will include:

Reviewing treatment plans with patients, discussing procedures, costs, and insurance coverage

Coordinating patient schedules and ensuring timely follow-ups

Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing

Discussing financial options and payment arrangements with patients

Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any patient inquiries or concerns

DAYS/HOURS:

Monday and Tuesday  7:30 - 5:30 (one hour lunch)

Wednesday 9:30 - 7:30

Thursday 8:30 - 6:30

Friday - an optional day if want more hours.  Can do some CE on that day

ONE SATURDAY a month, 7:30 - 1:30

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sales person with an interest in dental

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus

- Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and terminology or a willingness to learn

- Proficiency in basic computer skills
