We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in our Coral Springs office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and comfortable handling a high volume of mail and paperwork. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth, professional, and well-organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing correspondence Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval Serve as the primary point of contact for general administrative inquiriesMaintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies Draft, edit, and format letters, memos, reports, and other documents as needed Handle data entry and maintain accurate logs and reports Support onboarding processes for new employees by organizing documentation and setting up office accessMonitor and ensure the office environment is professional, orderly, and aligned with company standards Assist other departments with administrative support when required Qualifications : Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail Written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable with document management systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
