Meet&Help to generate existing&proposed plan for sales rep using cheif architect Create 2D/3D layouts and renderings in Chief Architect - IF MASTER BATHROOM (existing&Proposed) TAKES YOU MORE THAN 30 MINUTES - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY (if you have the measurements) Prepare detailed finished material selection sheets - tile, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and finishes. Work closely with project managers and coordinators to ensure design plans are executed accurately.Support&Guide clients with material selections. Update plans based on customer feedback or field conditions. Review final designs for technical accuracy (plumbing, electrical, layout alignment). Maintain organized digital project files and assist in creating permit-ready drawings when needed. Coordinate with the architect for all permit matters (Share our dwg file and explain him about the job)

Requirements

2+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen&bath design, or related field. Proficient with Chief Architect software. Strong understanding of construction layouts and spatial planning. Excellent communication skills— must be comfortable with customer-facing interactions. Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of residential materials, fixtures, and finishes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a general contractor or remodeling firm. Basic understanding of permit plans and construction processes. Familiarity with product sourcing, takeoffs, and design specs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary: $4,000–$6,000/month, depending on experience. Performance bonuses are available for each completed project. Full-time position with long-term growth opportunities in project management or showroom leadership.
