Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, process inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with sales activities. This position works closely with account managers, service center teams, and customers to ensure excellent service and support. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and process orders Prepare and provide sales quotes Enter and update customer information in company systems Support Account Managers with customer activities and account updates Monitor delivery schedules and assist with order follow-up Track inventory for customer orders and fulfillmentMake outbound calls to existing and potential customers Assist with new account setup and collection follow-up as needed Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Provide customer support and product information Maintain accurate records and documentation Schedule
Monday
Friday Standard 8-hour shift Occasional schedule adjustments may be needed to support customer needs On-site position Qualifications
24 years of customer service, inside sales, industrial sales, or related experience preferred College degree preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Basic math skills including decimals and measurements Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and data entry systemsAbility to learn company software and systems Why Join Us?
