to provide meaningful interventions that support student independence and academic growth in

Surprise, AZ

for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Overview:

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions and activities to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to support educational goals.

Monitor, record, and report student progress toward Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate and compliant.

Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to implement effective classroom modifications and assistive strategies.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies (or 60+ equivalent college credits)

Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant License (OTA/L)

Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and a valid Driver’s License
