We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is an on-site role, and will not be remote or hybrid, at any time. About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative with Best Block you are responsible for: Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers. Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders. Working with Outside Sales Representatives. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. Knowing competitor products. Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries. Completing daily paperwork.About You: The ideal candidate for this role will have: A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Good organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).
