Review transactions related to open stores and LIC or LIR in the warehouse and provide resolution. Manage and provide paperwork as it relates to RDR, receiving logs, shipment documents and other requests.Responsible for product conformance review through RDR process&resolution of issues behind nonconforming inventory. Inventory discrepancy resolution from reports. Other duties as assigned. Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions What You'll Need: 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service support roles, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain.Strong knowledge of inventory management processes, discrepancy resolution, shipping coordination, sales order tracking, and warehouse transaction review. Experience handling documentation and compliance processes, including receiving logs, shipment paperwork, RDR processes, and nonconforming inventory resolution.Ability to identify operational issues, analyze information using standard procedures, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively support both internal teams and external customers.
