As a Sales Development Manager, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative.

/ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliOversee the management of sales activity originating from online leads, inbound phone calls, and unsold traffic with the aim of increasing dealership traffic and converting them into sales opportunities.
/liliManage a team of up to 18 call agents and supporting 12 different locations throughout 3 different states.
/liliMaximizing sales and profitability of the Business Development Center/liliUtilize CRM system to track departmental metrics including appointments, calls, sales, and contacts.
/liliEnsure continuous and consistent coaching aimed at developing and motivating Sales Development Representatives, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
/liliLead by example in appointment setting, shown appointment and sold appointment metrics/liliSupport staff and customers by handling escalated customer engagements/liliCollaborate with management to educate Sales Associates on Business Development principles.
/liliDrive customer traffic through website management, including taking and uploading photos and adding options and attributes/liliStay well-informed about all ongoing marketing campaigns, effectively leveraging them to increase dealership traffic.
/liliRecruit, hire and manage the performance of all department employees/liliMaintain online reputation through active management of review sites and social media channels.
/liliAnalyze metrics to drive continuous improvement in departmental performance.
/liliVinSolutions experience is a huge plus!
/li/ulpWhat Youll Need to Have for the Role:/pulliPrevious CRM experience preferred/liliHigh school diploma or the equivalent/liliEffective communication and team building skills/liliExcellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office products/liliAt least a year of prior Internet Sales Experience a plus/liliMust be highly organized with great attention to detail/liliValid drivers license required/li/ulpGeneral Compensation Disclosure/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $60,000 - $120,000.
This is a variable pay role with uncapped variable pay.
