Handle inbound customer calls related to credit card accounts and member services Assist customers with:
Account questions and balance inquiries Payments and transaction support Lost or stolen cards Fraud claims and disputes Online and mobile banking assistance
Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high-quality customer experience Deliver exceptional service and support on every interaction What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of recent call center customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Reliable attendance and professionalismMust be flexible to work any assigned shift between 8:00 AM
8:00 PM Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday each week Spanish bilingual skills are welcomed but not required Training&Work Environment
