especially those with crane experience, diesel mechanic skills, electrical systems knowledge, or CAN Bus diagnostic experience./ppThe QC Inspector ensures that every vehicle and assembly leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and craftsmanship. Youll work closely with production, sales operations, and leadership to uphold quality expectations and support continuous improvement./ppstrongPrimary (Essential) Duties:/strong/pulliInspect, test, and measure materials, components, and completed products to verify compliance with specifications, safety standards, and customer expectations./liliUtilize Record360 and other digital tools to complete accurate, timely inspection reports./liliVerify that assembly teams complete corrective actions identified during QC review./liliMonitor assembly processes to ensure adherence to production and quality standards./liliRecommend process adjustments or improvements after review with supervisors./liliApply relevant industry codes and regulations, including OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI, and others./liliAssist with chassis check-in and documentation using internal software systems./li/ulpstrongPreferred Technical Experience:/strong/ppCandidates with any of the following will stand out immediately:/pullistrongCrane operation/strong, strongcrane assembly/strong, or strongoverhead crane inspection experience/strong/lilistrongDiesel mechanic background/strong, including troubleshooting and repair/lilistrongElectrical System Knowledge/strong, including wiring, schematics, and diagnostics/lilistrongCAN Bus diagnostic or troubleshooting experience/strong/lilistrongHydraulic and pneumatic system familiarity/strong/li/ulpstrongKnowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:/strong/pulliExcellent attendance and ability to work overtime./liliEffective communication skills verbally and through email./liliExperience operating forklifts./liliSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic./liliStrong orientation towards cleanliness, safety, and quality./liliAbility to lift to 75 lbs. on a regular basis./liliPre-employment drug screen required./liliKnowledgeable with OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI, MIOSHA, Part 18 and 20 standards and regulations for overhead cranes and hoisting systems./li/ulpstrongExperience/Education Requirements:/strong/pulliValid Drivers License (CDL a Plus)/liliStrong mechanical knowledge./liliMust have basic tools/liliGood eye for all aspects of quality./liliCrane certification a plus./liliHydraulic and air system experience./li/ulpstrongWorking Conditions, Travel/Schedule expectations and Physical Demands:/strong/pulliTraditional work schedule includes occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs./liliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently stands and reaches with hands and arms and performs repetitive tasks.
