Phoenix, AZ Schedule: 1st Shift Employment Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire Position Summary

The Production Associate supports the remanufacturing and production process of transmissions and drivetrain components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting with assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, material handling, and production support while maintaining safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Assist with the assembly and disassembly of transmission and drivetrain components Clean, inspect, and prepare parts for production and remanufacturing processes Operate basic hand tools, production equipment, and machinery as trained Move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facilityInspect components for defects or damage and report concerns to supervisors Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goals Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures Accurately complete production or inventory documentation as needed Support team members and other departments as production demands requireQualifications&Requirements

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or production experience preferred Mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodation Ability to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Work Environment
