The Company is seeking a Managing Director for State Programs to play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance student outcomes. This senior leadership position is focused on managing engagement with a portfolio of states, serving as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating organizational strategy into actionable program plans, identifying and addressing implementation barriers, and ensuring the continuous improvement of programs. External engagement is a key aspect of the role, including cultivating relationships with state education agency leaders, district partners, and program staff, as well as representing the organization with state-level stakeholders.

Applicants for the Managing Director role should have a minimum of 8-10 years' of professional experience, with a strong preference for those who have led work within a State Education Agency or a large, high-performing district or regional education organization. The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale programs, building trust with diverse leaders, and driving the implementation of complex initiatives that result in measurable improvements.
